What to include
To help us resolve things quickly, include where relevant:
- The email address on your account
- The registration number and state you were looking up
- Roughly when the lookup happened
- What you expected to see, and what you actually saw
Billing and refunds
If a check was consumed but returned no vehicle, it should be refunded automatically. If your balance still looks wrong, email us with the registration number and we will correct it manually.
Data accuracy
Vehicle data comes from third-party providers. If a lookup returned details you believe are incorrect, send us the registration and what you believe the correct details are — it helps us raise the issue with the provider.
Account help
You can manage your account, change your preferred state and delete your account from the Settings page after signing in.
